About acq999 — Who We Are

acq999 was built with the goal of completely redefining the online gaming experience in Bangladesh. We believe every Bangladeshi player deserves a safe, transparent and entertaining gaming environment — with no language barriers, no complicated transactions and no long waits for support. Our platform is designed with the local needs of Bangladesh in mind — a fully Bengali interface, popular Bangladeshi payment methods and 24/7 customer support in Bengali.

Our mission is simple: to establish acq999 as the most trusted online casino and sports betting platform in Bangladesh. To fulfil this mission, we are continuously expanding our game library, making payments faster and sustaining investment in technology to improve the player experience. Making every step at acq999 — from registration to withdrawing winnings — as straightforward and hassle-free as possible is our top priority.

Bangladeshi players are at the heart of everything we do. From cricket betting to slot machines, Teen Patti to live casino — acq999 has built a diverse gaming portfolio with every player's preferences in mind. Our betting section is specially designed for cricket-loving Bangladeshis, with the opportunity to bet on all major tournaments including BPL, T20 World Cup and IPL.

At acq999, we place honesty and transparency above all else. Our games are sourced from world-class providers — including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming and many more — ensuring fair and verifiable outcomes. Independent algorithms are used in every game to guarantee fair play, so every player has an equal chance.

Responsible gaming is part of our core values. acq999 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — and it is best enjoyed within limits. We allow access on our platform only to those aged 21 and above, and we provide the tools and information players need to set their own limits. Our customer support team is always ready to help with any concerns.

Our future plans include even more locally player-friendly features, new game categories and more exciting promotional offers. acq999 is not just a gaming platform — it is part of Bangladesh's gaming community, where every player is treated like a member of the family.
